I use to be and still sometimes am a procrastinor. When I find myself procrastinating I break the job down into tiny parts. Like right now with cleaning my fridge. I did a shelf here and there and now doing the huge clean. I do a little and then take a bit of a break and then go back.
Breaking an unpleasant task into small pieces makes it so much easier to feel success.
